Terms of Service

  1. 1. Provider

    REGEN is operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME], [ADDRESS], Germany ("we"). Contact: [EMAIL].

  2. 2. Service

    REGEN is an automated software service that processes video files you upload, separates them into scenes, and regenerates those scenes using third party artificial intelligence models, returning a modified version of your video ("Output"). The service is provided as described in the product interface. Generative AI is probabilistic: we do not warrant that any Output meets subjective quality expectations. The scene review workflow exists so you accept each scene before final assembly.

  3. 3. Account and eligibility

    You must be 18 or older and use the service only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for activity under your account.

  4. 4. Your content

    You retain all rights to files you upload ("Input"). You grant us a limited license to store and process Input solely to provide the service. You represent and warrant that (a) you own or control all necessary rights to the Input, (b) every identifiable person depicted has consented to the processing and modification of their likeness, and (c) the Input contains no unlawful content. You will indemnify us against third party claims arising from breach of these warranties.

  5. 5. Prohibited use

    You may not upload or create content that is sexual involving minors, non-consensual intimate imagery, material infringing third party rights, or content intended to deceive about real persons or events. We may refuse or terminate processing that violates this section; provider-level safety filters apply and cannot be disabled.

  6. 6. Output and license

    As between you and us, you own the Output and may use it commercially. Output is generated by third party AI models and may contain provenance signals (such as invisible watermarking) applied by those models. AI generated content should be disclosed as such where required by applicable law, including Article 50 of the EU AI Act.

  7. 7. Credits and payment

    Prices are shown at checkout; payment is processed by Stripe. Credits are a prepaid usage allowance. One credit corresponds to one second of finished Output as displayed before purchase. Credits have no cash value and are non-transferable.

  8. 8. Withdrawal (EU consumers)

    For credit purchases you have a statutory 14 day right of withdrawal. By starting a remaster you expressly request immediate performance and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal for credits consumed by generation that has begun. Unused credits remain refundable within the withdrawal period.

  9. 9. Availability

    We target high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Failed generations attributable to our systems are re-credited automatically.

  10. 10. Data and deletion

    Input and Output are deleted 30 days after project completion. See the Privacy Policy.

  11. 11. Liability

    We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence and under mandatory law. For slight negligence we are liable only for breach of essential contractual obligations, limited to the foreseeable, typical damage.

  12. 12. Changes

    We may update these terms with notice; continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
